Below is the custom scheduling calendar for employees of L J Hooker HUB. There are 2 session options to choose from. If you are unsure about which session to choose, please check with your Supervisor/Manager.

Express Session

The express headshot session is suitable for semi confident clients needing a quick professional photo done. It includes 1 standard headshot set up on 1 background with professional pose coaching within a 15 minute timeframe. The Express session is great for internal staff, admin or those needing an annual quick photo update.

Executive Session – Please confirm with your supervisor before booking this option

The Executive session is suitable for clients needing a bit more variety for marketing purposes. It includes several set ups with professional pose coaching within a 45 minute timeframe. Bring 3-4 outfit options for variety and different looks. The Executive session is great for Sales staff wanting a bit more of a portfolio captured. The package includes 2 edited images.

MINIMUM DRESS REQUIREMENTS: (For both session types)

Ladies: The requirement for ladies attire is black / navy dress with business jacket or skirt with white shirt and matching jacket. Clean, styled hair works best. A professional hair and make up session will have you feeling and looking your best on the day. Please come dressed and ready to go with hair and make up already done. (There is a mirror in studio for quick finishing touches)

Men: Please wear a white shirt with black / navy jacket. A great fitting jacket will work best for headshot sessions. If you are having your hair cut, please do so at least a week prior to avoid exposing untanned skin.

The studio can be a little tricky to find, please check your email for detailed instructions so that you can find us easily.
